Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Roll Call's software and services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a gym or business, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Roll Call provides gym-management software including membership, access control, attendance and member communications. Features, and their availability, may change over time.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Use the Service lawfully and only for your own gym/business.
• Where you connect a third-party account (for example a Facebook Page), ensure you are authorised to do so and comply with that provider's terms.
• Obtain the consents you need from your members and prospects for the data you process through the Service (including any face-recognition and marketing communications).

Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For data you bring into the Service, you are the controller and Roll Call is your processor; you remain responsible for the lawfulness of that data.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (for example payment, messaging and Facebook/Instagram lead ads). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

Availability & liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Roll Call is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the preceding three months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service. On termination we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.
