You can ask Roll Call to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
Facebook / Instagram leads
If you submitted a gym's Facebook or Instagram lead-ad form and want the data deleted, email privacy@rollcallaccess.com from — or naming — the email address or phone number you submitted. We will remove the prospect record and any queued messages within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
Members
If you're a member of a gym that uses Roll Call, your gym can delete your data directly from its dashboard. You can also email us and we'll action or forward your request to your gym (the controller of your membership data).
What we delete
Your prospect/member record and associated contact details, any queued or scheduled messages, and — where applicable and consented — face-recognition data. Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example transaction records), and then deleted when that obligation ends.
